We’re Vladimir Tosic (CEO) and Ivan Dimitrijevic (CTO), long-time colleagues who’ve spent years in the corporate world, leading global and regional technology development, implementation and change management programs. We’ve helped companies navigate complex transformations — but we kept running into the same problem.

Traditional project management tools assume that teams need to be constantly monitored, tracked, and disciplined to get work done. But in reality, most teams don’t lack motivation — they lack visibility.

The problem we set out to solve

We were frustrated by task-based project management tools that force teams into rigid workflows. Most people don’t work best when buried under a pile of tasks — they need a big-picture view of how their work fits into the overall goal.

That’s why we built Shira Roadmaps — a tool that gives teams clarity without the pressure of rigid task tracking. It shows where things stand, who’s involved, and what’s next, all while trusting people to do their work without micromanagement.

Why "Shira"?

We’re both Serbian, and in our language, "shira slika" means "big picture". That’s exactly what we wanted to provide: a clear, high-level view that makes it easy for teams to stay aligned, without feeling like they’re under constant surveillance.
